Je viens de commencer la cure. 1 comprimé tous les matins dans le cadre de la pratique du sport et notamment de la course à pied. Bonne tolérance, pas d'effet secondaire à ce jour. A voir dans le temps pour les effets bénéfices et plus particulièrement sur les crampes aux mollets auxquelles je suis sujet régulièrement.
