Although I take prescribed meds, feel they are only partially effective however hyaluronic acid capsules appear to help. I can feel the difference and if I stop for a few days, can notice the discomfort comes back. I'd recommend these for anyone suffering from RA. Je ne suis pas sûr de son efficacité. Selon mon dermatologues cela ne sert à pas beaucoup!

Je laisse mes gélules à vie dans ma cuisine pour être sure de ne pas oublier, j’attends les effets car c’est encore trop tôt : deux semaines de prises mais j’avoue qu’au niveau articulaire je marche beaucoup mieux

Gélules trop grosses à avaler et on ne peut l'ouvrir.

Je complete avec du collagène marin… Je sens ma peau plus lissée et mes ongles son plus beau en 10 jours.
